    Hiya I have just downloaded the software and installed it on my Windows 8.1 laptop (i3). When I run the software it loads up and goes to the opening screen then just hangs and I get the two options of closing the software down or waiting for it to respond (which it doesn’t do). The software works fine on my Windows 7 desktop. Unfortunately I need to use it on the laptop for my daughter.

    Hoping you can help.

    Dear Andrew, could you please send us the log file (it is in the Documents/Gazespeaker/Logs directory, and the log file is log.txt (you can send it at postmaster@gazespeaker.org)
    The error should be reported in the log file (at the end of the file)
    It should work on windows 8.1 (that’s our main development and testing platform), so I suspect there must be some installation or driver error
